Please note: The print will not arrive mounted in the frame. You simply remove the frame backing, place the artwork inside and replace the frame backing.

What is your return policy? 

We are proud to offer free & fast returns and refunds. If you are not satisfied in any way we will immediately refund you the entire cost of your purchase. You do not need to mail back or return the prints. Those are yours to keep. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy and delighted when buying something from us and if you aren't then we will make it right. Please email us at hello@theverse.co to start the refund process.

Can I get the artwork personalized? 

Yes, of course. We would be happy to personalize the artwork for you. You can add up to two lines of text. Common personalizations we add are the name, birthdate, wedding date, anniversary date, or reason for celebration.  

Can I include a gift message?

Currently we are not able to include a gift message with your order. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping but please note that the shipping time frames (ie: 2 day or Overnight) only begin once the item has been fulfilled. Depending on the order it can take 1-4 days until your order gets placed in the mail. Only at that point would the expedited shipping time frame begin.
