E-Commerce Store Manager (Part-Time with Growth Potential)

Looking for a flexible, part-time role you can do from home? The Verse is hiring an E-Commerce Store Manager to help keep things running smoothly! This role starts at about 5-10 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as the business expands. Work is online and can be done on your own schedule, with quick daily check-ins to stay on track.

What You'll Do:

• Order Management: Place and fulfill customer orders through our online portal, including personalization and custom design details.

• Customer Support: Respond to customer questions and requests via email, chat, or other platforms, always providing clear, friendly, and timely communication.

• Problem Solving: Resolve order issues like discrepancies, returns, or refunds, making sure every customer feels valued.

• Marketing Support: Help manage our Instagram account, connect with influencers, and support other marketing initiatives to grow our brand.

Requirements:
