What an incredible natural phenomenon and the water and mud of the Dead Sea have amazing healing properties. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Have you ever floated in the Dead Sea? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
תהלים קלט:יד "I praise You, for I am awesomely, wondrously made; Your work is wonderful; I know it very well."
Let's start our day off with gratitude to God for creating us and some self love to acknowledge how wondrous are His creations - which include us!!
One of the funniest moments from last summers camping trip to a beach on the coast of Israel (just north of Tel Aviv) We were driving home and as we were merging onto the highway we were stopped by this group of sheep crossing the road! There were no people with them, just a dog a the end of the line shepherding them along! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀It was such a crazy, funny, special sight to see :) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀This is one of those 'Only in Israel' moments! ⠀⠀⠀
One of my favorite verses. The simplicity yet strength of it strikes me every time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀It always causes me to reflect and ask myself "how are we serving God today and how is our home set up to bring Him into it? ⠀⠀⠀
We were hosting a large crowd of visitors to Jerusalem at our Shabbat table - I think we might have been 35 people. We LOVE having guests (friends, family and new friends) join us for a Shabbat meal. It truly enhances the time for us. Also it's fun to share our life and give our guests a taste for what life in Jerusalem for a young family is like (spoiler alert: IT'S AMAZING :))
